Programs supported by Welcome Home Project Inc.
All programs supported by the Welcome Home Project are administered & delivered on an “as needed basis”!
No consideration is given to the recipients Race, Gender, or Religon.
Housing: Money donated to the Welcome Home Project Housing projects will be used as follows:
Supporting the Cloverdale Welcome Home to:
Identify and purchase structures, and land to develop future Transitional Housing projects.
Assist with structural improvements to Transition the Cloverdale Welcome Home into a Low income Assisted Living Facility.
Purchase Health Insurance. Provide Caregiving Assistance, Provide medical Advocacy & better access to medical care
Social Outreach:
RV & Trailer donations:
Functional RV’s and Trailers will be used to provide clean, safe housing to individuals in need! This area will also accept Cargo containers to be converted into Housing units.
Money donated to this Outreach program will be used to improve Donated RV’s, Trailers, and Cargo containers into housing.
Vehicle donations:
Cars, Trucks, Boats in working order will be sold or donated to individuals without transportation, and/or to other non-profits for use in medical transport, and food transport.
Music & Art Programs:
Instruments, supplies, and funds donated will be used to support outreach to the community, and promote cultural understanding, and awareness programs.
All of the Above will grow in scope as funding allows:
Immediate Future Goals:
Partner with local businesses, & medical groups to form a Women & Children’s shelter in Sonoma County with an associated medical program!!
